What's included in my booth?

Nothing. All contracts are for empty, raw floor space only.

What must I provide?
Pipe & drape, modular walls or hard walls are compulsory for all booked exhibition spaces to clearly separate yourself from your neighbours.
Flooring/Carpet is also compulsory for all booths.

It is the responsibility of each Exhibitor to organize their build, and to order flooring, equipment, and utilities.

Are power and internet included?
Power is not included and must be ordered separately if needed. There will be free Wifi in the Hall for light browsing only.


Each booth must be clearly separated from the next. It is your responsibility to ensure the borders of your booth are clearly defined either (1) by purchasing a Booth package (Draped or Hardwall) from Shepard or (2) by building a custom booth which clearly marks the boundaries of your booth.
Using the back of a neighbour’s drape or wall is not permitted. You must order your own.  If you do not fulfil this requirement, you may be required to order onsite — which will incur a significant surcharge.

Shepard is our exclusive, official General Service Contractor for the show. All their services can be ordered via their Exhibitor Kit below. These should be ordered in advance to avoid on-site surcharges:

    Risk Assessment Form

    This form is required for ALL Exhibitors.
    Submission due Friday, April 12

    • If you are appointing an external Contractor (EAC), you must also email the following documents to at the same time as submitting your Risk Assessment form:
      • A diagram, visual or picture
      • Booth plans to include all heights/elevations from multiple angles
      • External contractor company information and proof of insurance
    • It is also required to complete Shepard's EAC forms located within the Shepard Exhibitor Kit.
    • If you are bringing in a machine, chemical, or require rigging, please have all drawings and data sheets available prior to completing the questionnaire.

    Show Registration

    Exhibitor Badges
    You must register all your booth personnel as 'Exhibitors' following the link below. Please use your booth number as the discount code to complete the process for free.

    Visitor Passes
    Share the link below and your 'unique code' with your customers so they can enjoy unlimited, complimentary Visitor passes! Your unique code was shared in your welcome email.

    Book your Hotel rooms at The Westin Pasadena

    We have negotiated exclusive hotel rates at The Westin Pasadena, CA for all our Exhibitors. All reservations must be made through the link below and must be received by Friday, April 19, 2024 to guarantee availability and rates. After this date, reservations will be made based on availability and the Hotel may charge a higher rate.

    Scam warning – We work directly and solely with The Westin Pasadena on this show. Do not make reservations through any Housing provider claiming to be associated with our show, as they are not legitimate partners.
    Shuttle - A shuttle will be put in place between the Hotel and the Venue. Specific hours of operations are TBC.
